Overview
MEMCO Digital Communications Platform (DCP) ensures lift compliance and passenger safety by Smart GSM, autodialler, and remote monitoring.
DCP is the brain of communication system combining a Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) gateway, lift emergency telephone and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) gateway.
Removing installation of new lift controller, M2M allows remote configuration of all connected devices and supports extraction of lift monitoring data. Technicans can choose to program the system remotely via the AVIRE HUB or onsite via the main unit in the machine room or control cabinet. Digital Audio Units (DAU) in the lift cars and/or pits connect to the DCP over a 4-wire CAN Bus system. Using the cellular data network to send technical and configuration calls reduces voice call costs, and significantly improves reliability.
