My name is Ati Haj, and I am a Principal Engineer at AVIRE. I hold a BSc in Computer Systems Design Engineering and have extensive experience in developing embedded electronics and firmware systems for diverse markets, including industrial, general, and medical sectors. My career has involved leading projects, coordinating resources, and managing timelines to meet project goals. I have also overseen the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software products.

I joined the AVIRE team in January 2024. I was drawn to AVIRE because I believed it offered an environment to further develop my engineering career and to contribute my years of experience to designing innovative and exciting products. The values of AVIRE's engineering team aligned with my professional objectives, and I was eager to apply my knowledge and expertise to help the company's growth and success.

Since joining, I have been the Engineering Lead on the SmartView2 project. My main responsibilities include restoring in-house software development capabilities, coordinating and overseeing the work of engineering team members to ensure projects are on track, and collaborating with product managers to set milestones and allocate resources effectively. I provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, identify potential risks, and implement control measures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
