{"id":9203,"date":"2024-11-26T18:48:31","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T17:48:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.avire-global.com\/en-uk\/?post_type=landing&#038;p=9203"},"modified":"2024-12-02T09:44:50","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T08:44:50","slug":"general-terms","status":"publish","type":"landing","link":"https:\/\/www.avire-global.com\/en-uk\/general-terms\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Terms &amp; conditions for the \u2018Spot the Snowman\u2019 Competition 2024<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organiser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;Spot the Snowman&#8221; competition (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompetition\u201d) is organised by AVIRE, located at Unit 2, The Switchback, Gardner Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 7RJ, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cOrganiser.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Organiser, affiliates, and<br>immediate family members are not eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competition Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition begins on the 02 December 2024 and ends on the 17 December 2024 (the \u201ccompetition period\u201d). All entries must be received by 10:59pm UK time (17:00 GMT) on 17<br>December 2024, equivalent to 11:59 CET (France, Germany &amp; Spain).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to enter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To enter, participants must visit the Organiser\u2019s website, locate the hidden snowman, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit their entry. Three entries per person allowed. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prizes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The prizes for the Competition are Amazon gift vouchers, awarded as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>United Kingdom: One grand prize valued at approximately \u00a3100, and four smaller prizes, each valued at approximately \u00a325.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>France: One grand prize valued at \u20ac100, and four smaller prizes, each valued at \u20ac25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Germany: One grand prize valued at \u20ac100, and four smaller prizes, each valued at \u20ac25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spain: One grand prize valued at \u20ac100, and four smaller prizes, each valued at \u20ac25.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. \u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Winner selection and notification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The draw will take place using a random selection process programmed into the campaign system. For each active site where the draw is conducted, a designated button will be used to randomly select five (5) records from the database. The draw will take place online on 18 December 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Winners will be notified manually via email, sent to the address provided during participation, within 2 working days of the draw. The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privacy and data protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal information collected as part of the Competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and awarding prizes. This information will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU countries. Participants\u2019 data will not be shared with third parties without consent and will be securely stored for the duration of the Competition and as required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consent &amp; publicity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By entering, winners consent to the use of their name and country of residence for promotional purposes in relation to the Competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may withdraw consent by contacting the Organiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Competition, except where caused by the Organizer\u2019s negligence.
