Starting January 27th, 2025, the viewing and monitoring of all SmartView 1 devices will be moving from rathsmartview.com to smartviewhub.com. All users will be required to have a SmartView Hub log in to access their SmartView 1 devices. Without a SmartView Hub account, you will be unable to access your devices for monitoring or testing purposes. The SmartView Two-Way Elevator Visual Communication System is designed to meet the ASME A17.1 and B44 2019 code requirements for visual communication and requirements for IBC 2018. The heart of this code change is to provide hearing impaired with an improved method to communicate with rescue services. This improvement will be required in all new Elevator installations or major modifications. Our visual system provides a secure connection to our cloud software and allows for easy monitoring of the system. The monitoring company is able to receive a standard elevator call, and, if no answer, utilize our system to view the elevator. If the elevator car is occupied the monitoring company can then send a text type message to the display in the car and receive a Yes/No response Choose from OEM Components, Lobby & Machine Room Systems or Complete Field Mod Systems.
