2500 Series IP Command Center and Distribution Modules
- The IP Command Center base stations, designed to handle up to 128 call boxes, provide a seamless means of communication between stranded individuals, rescue personnel, and offsite parties
- Utilizing Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), this system offers clear and efficient communication over a network or internet connection
- Versatile solution that can be installed in new construction, retrofit projects, or when the building owner has upgraded their phone system to IP
- The system includes Base Stations & Distribution Modules, with Power Supply and battery backup sold separately, providing a complete and robust solution for your two-way communication for rescue assistance needs
- This IP solution is ideal for single or multiple phone installations requiring internal communication with the call boxes, ensuring safety and compliance without compromise
Power Requirements:

Wiring Requirements:
- Command Center to Distribution Module: Single pair or via IP (contact RATH for a quote on the IP version)
Phone Capabilities:
- Calls wait in queue until previous call is disconnected and receive a message stating that an emergency call is in progress. When the prior call clears, the next phone in queue is connected

- Works with our model 2100 series IP call boxes. Connect back to Distribution Module via an Ethernet connection. Max 300’ between network switches. IP call boxes require PoE at 802.3af
- LEDs indicate which call boxes have initiated a call
- Rescue personnel can communicate with individual call boxes and outside party
- Audible alert sounds when call boxes place a call until Command Center joins conversation
