My name is Junrao Lim, and I am a Graduate Engineer at AVIRE. I graduated in June 2024 with an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton.

I joined the AVIRE team in October 2024, drawn by the company’s expertise in developing safety products that have the potential to save lives during emergencies. Contributing to such meaningful work inspires me and aligns with my passion for creating impactful engineering solutions.

What excites me most about my role is the opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills to solve challenging problems. AVIRE also provides ample opportunities to expand my technical knowledge and develop my skills further. Since joining, I have worked on improving the Connex-02 and am looking forward to contributing to upcoming projects, including the BOSS for the Area of Refuge system.
